Post Contact Forms Show Original "Custom" texton: July 22, 2012, 14:25

I have my contact forms set with customized questions. Occasionally, when people get to my "Detailed Request" page, http://www.housesinmissouriforsale.com/detailedrequest, it shows the initial hyperconversion text (ie "custom" "text area 2" etc). Any idea why this is happening? These are required questions that must be answered, so I don't understand why the answers still show up like this.

Here is a copy and paste of a form submitted (I have received several like this)

Someone has just filled your form at Detailed Request.
Will this be a primary residence, secondary, or investment property?: 816xxxxxxx
Do you have funds in place or are you pre-approved for a loan?: Custom
Zip code(s) or specific locations of interest:
Property Type (ie single-family, duplex, townhome, multi-family, etc): NameLisa
How soon are you looking to buy something?: Custom
How many beds/baths?: winy_23@hotmail.com
What are some things that would be nice to have with this home, but are not deal-breakers if they aren't?: Text Area 2
Are you currently working with a Realtor?: Custom
What is your budget or price range for this purchase?: Custom
What are some things that this property MUST have?: Overland park

Rex, we are sorry for the inconvenience. There is some jQuery issue that our team is looking into. I'll email you as soon as the issue is resolved. It won't take more than few hours. Thanks for bringing this to our knowledge.

You actually make it seem so easy with your prnisetateon but I find this topic to be really something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complex and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
