Regarding pricing, is the price/month PER landing page. Or, if I have 15 landing pages (all different objectives and campaigns) running with you X ~2,000 unique impressions/landing page = 30,000 unique impressions, then my total price/month is $250.

Is there a limit on the number of simultaneous landing pages I can run?

There is no limit on number of simultaneous landing
pages you can run. Price depends upon TOTAL unique
impressions / month; no matter how many campaigns and
landing pages are running simultaneously. Saying this, your
calculations are absolutely right; 30,000 unique impression
means $250/month price package.
